EMAX Babyhawk 85mm Micro Brushless FPV Quadcopter

The EMAX Babyhawk 85mm Micro Brushless FPV Quadcopter is an ARTF kit which include all you need for flying. It is a very good device for beginners and pro users too, it is easy to setup and has a good preformance also.

It is a brushless drone, with 65mm height, including the antenna and 133mm widht and length. The drone has a weight of around 60 grams without the motor guards and around 68 grams with them.

The Babyhawk 85mm has a frame made of PC plastic, material you can see on the propellers so it is a durable plastic. It has a new Emax Femto F3 controller for flights beeing pre-loaded with Betaflight 3.0.1 firmware. It has an on-board 5V 3A BEC.

The FC and ESC can be removed due to the header pins, this way the users can repair them easy and quickly.

Babhhawk uses 6A Bullet ESC’s from EMAX, which are fitted inside the arms of the drone. The ESC’s are powered by BLHeli-S 16.5 firmware, supporting DShot, Multishot and Oneshot.

EMAX Babyhawk Brushless Quadcopter

The motors have 5250KV with 2.3 inch triblade propellers. The type of motors is EMAX RS1104. They can generate 120g of thrust. These motors can support 4S, beeing rated up to 6S.

The camera is a 520TVL CMOS and the VTX is a 25mW transmitter. The VTX includes a dipole antenna which is more durable than the circular antenna. The camera can be switched between PAL and NTSC having the switch behind the lens.

The drone has great flying performances even at windy days. You can obtain 3-4 minutes of flying with the batteries, awesome for such a tiny device. The 300mah up to 450mah is a good range for the batteries.
