Answer: The range is good but just be really careful with the rc because mine broke within 3 days. But I bought it for a kid . The range I believe is 50 to 75 feet I could be wrong

Answer: The manual says 14+. I got this for my 10yr old. Have only used a bit so far, but he is fine with it, has previously used the small $20 helicopters so this is not brand new to him.
Question: Does it come with the propeller protectors
Answer: It comes as you see it. That said it has protection to a degree by the half hoop that goes around prop. It also is slightly higher than prop so if it lands upside down on flat surface they most likely will not hit. Hope this helps.

Answer: Quickly box it back up and return it. You will get no help from the manufacture. Learn from my mistake and get your money back if you can
